Ingredients

Here's how to make it:

  1. Put the flank steak into a plastic food storage zipper bag. 
  2. Pour in the soy sauce, sherry and honey. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours and up to overnight.
  3. Put the steak onto a broiler pan. Broil for about 8 to 10 minutes. Allow to rest a few minutes before slicing.
