Whisk together the baking mix and garlic powder in a bowl (or shake in a plastic food storage zipper bag), season the chicken with salt and pepper, then drip the chicken in the mixture (or shake in the bag). Put the chicken on top of the melted butter and bake for 30 to 40 minutes. The time will depend on the size of your chicken pieces and your oven (all ovens vary).
