I made this the other night for my son, all I can is WOW! So delicious!! I did use chicken thighs instead of chicken breasts because my son prefers them. I served them with rice and streamed asparagus with mushrooms. OH YUM!

I made this last night, it was horrible, not any taste at all, and the directions, were horrible, and the parmesan cheese didn't give it any flavor, thanks for ruining my dinner, I had such high hopes
Donna John
So sorry you didn't enjoy the recipe. I've made this several times and did not find it horrible at all. We enjoyed it over rice. I hope you'll try another one of our chicken recipes that better suits your tastes. Thanks for letting us know your thoughts.

Also, can you let me know what part of the directions were confusing for you? It's a pretty simple prep, so wanted to know so if we need to make clarifications.
MJ Torrento Fairbrother
Not sure what the one reviewer was talking about, but we dined on this exact recipe last night and it was delish. The only difference in the recipe for us is we also added a little sprinkle of garlic salt to the chicken. The directions were very clear to me. Served with rice cooked in chicken bouillon and asparagus sprinkled with garlic salt and grated parmesan. 5 stars all the way!!!!!
Elisa Schmitz

My family loves this simple recipe. I mix it up sometimes by seasoning the chicken with a Greek or Italian blend or substitute fresh basil for the parsley. Also, I cut the chicken breast crosswise once or twice if they are larger so the butter, garlic and seasoning penetrates the meat better. Tonight I'm serving it with baked sweet potatoes, but we have had it with mashed or rice made a variety of ways.
