Ingredients
- 1 3/4 cups pitted black olives (we like Kalamata olives)
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 1 - 2 anchovy fillets
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon capers (optional)
Here's how to make it:
- Put the olives, garlic, anchovies and capers, if using, into a blender. Pulse until chopped.
- Add the olive oil a little at a time until you reach desired consistency. Season with black pepper, if desired. (You should not need to add salt.)
