Amish Ground Beef Pasta Bake Recipe: A Tasty Casserole Recipe From Pennsylvania Dutch Country

With soups and milk in the mix, this Amish ground beef casserole recipe has a lot of sauce. Flavorful sauce! A shorter pasta that can hold on to the sauce works best (think rotini, penne, fusilli or shells).

You could sprinkle with grated cheese, if you feel so inclined. This is a budget-friendly recipe worth printing and putting in the recipe box.

I know, right? So many Amish recipes use prepackaged ingredients. I'm betting it's just a shortcut for us homecooks who use modern conveniences.

Great meal. I was a little skeptical because I mixed the soup and milk separately before adding to the meat and pasta, it did not look great and I was scared my family wouldn’t like it. They raved about it and my youngest said it was definitely a do again!
