• 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
• 1 tablespoon dark soy sauce
• 6 tablespoons brown sugar
• 1 cup water
• 1/4 cup ketchup

1. Whisk all the ingredients in a saucepot. Bring to a simmer.
2. Cook, stirring, until thickened, about 5 to 7 minutes. Pour into a bowl and serve with meatballs.
