Ingredients
- 3 cups raw cashews
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
- 2 tablespoons hemp seeds
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 2 tablespoons pumpkin seeds
- 1 tablespoon ground flax seeds
Here's how to make it:
- Put the cashews onto a baking sheet. Place in a preheated 350-degree F oven for about 6 to 8 minutes or until they begin to brown lightly.
- Put the cashews and coconut oil into a blender. Season with salt, to taste. Blend for about 2 minutes or until creamy.
- Add the chia seeds, pumpkin seeds, hemp seeds and ground flax seeds and pulse a couple times to combine. Store the cashew butter in an airtight container.
