- 4 1/2 cups white chocolate chips
- 1/3 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 cup pumpkin spice coffee creamer or heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice
- orange gel coloring (optional)
- chocolate sauce, for drizzling (optional)
Here's how to make it:
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the white chocolate chips, pumpkin puree, sweetened condensed milk, cream, pumpkin pie spice and orange food coloring, if using. Microwave, stirring every 30 seconds, until melted and smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a square baking pan that's been lined with aluminum foil and sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Refrigerate at least 4 hours before cutting into squares.
Note: If you want to make it spooky for Halloween, drizzle with chocolate sauce. You could run a toothpick through the sauce to resemble spider webs.
