Here's how to make it: 

  1. Lay the salmon on a baking sheet and brush with the olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. Coat the top of the salmon with the mustard.
  2. Bake in a preheated 375-degree F oven for about 10 to 15 minutes, depending on thickness of the fish. If desired, broil for 1 to 2 minutes to crisp the top.
