Ingredients
- 1 head broccoli, cut into florets
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon gochujang, plus more for serving
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
- sesame seeds, for garnish (optional)
Here's how to make it:
- Put the broccoli florets into a bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
- Combine the olive oil, sesame oil, soy sauce, gochujang, honey and rice wine vinegar. Whisk to combine. Pour the mixture over the broccoli and toss to coat.
- Thread the broccoli on metal skewers or wooden skewers that have been soaked in water for 30 minutes.
- Preheat the outdoor grill or indoor grill to medium heat. Cook the kebabs, turning often, until tender and beginning to char, about 10 to 12 minutes. Serve with additional gochujang and sprinkle with sesame seeds, if desired.
