Beans are almost the perfect combination of fiber and protein and have been shown to support blood sugar regulation. Fewer afternoon blood sugar crashes!

- Throw black beans into your breakfast burrito.
- Make homemade white or black bean chili or soup and add green peppers and tomatoes for an extra nutritional punch.
