Ingredients
- 6 hardboiled eggs, peeled and egg whites and yolks separated
- 4 teaspoons light mayonnaise or Greek yogurt
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 rib celery, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
Here's how to make it:
- Chop the egg whites and put them into a bowl.
- Add the mayonnaise, mustard, celery, lemon juice and green onions. Season with salt and pepper.
