Crispy Rosemary Potatoes Recipe: These Garlic Rosemary New Potatoes Are a Craveable Side Dish

Craving French fries but want something healthier? These crispy garlic rosemary new potatoes will satisfy that craving in an even more flavorful way. Garlic, rosemary, thyme and sage blended with extra virgin olive oil coat the potatoes with yummy flavor. They make a great side dish for everything from burgers to filet mignon. Here's how to make them:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Stir until potatoes are coated in the oil and herb mixture.

Spread into a 13x9-inch baking pan or baking sheet. Bake for about 30 minutes, or until golden brown.

Sprinkle with additional sea salt and pepper, if desired. Served plain or dip in your favorite sauce.
