Blender Cinnamon Oatmeal Cookies Recipe: This Easy Oatmeal Cookie Recipe Is a Sweet Way to Use Your Blender

Blenders are really cool these days and can make all sorts of things like cookies! This easy buttery cinnamon oatmeal cookie recipe starts in the blender and ends on your plate with a glass of milk.

Ingredients

Here's how to make it:

  1. Put the oats, flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt into a blender. Pulse until it looks like flour. 
  2. In a bowl, combine the butter, brown sugar, white sugar, egg and vanilla. Add the dry ingredients and stir to combine. 
  3. Put by rounded tablespoons full onto cookie sheets. Bake in a preheated 350-degree F oven about 8 to 9 minutes or until set. Remove and cool.
