This two-ingredient recipe is kind of stuck in the middle between being a sorbet and a sherbet. A sorbet is just fruit juice and sugar, while a sherbet is fruit juice, sugar and a little dairy. Sorbert? We're happy with whatever you want to call it, because we just call it delicious! 

All you need for this fruit "sherbet" recipe is a can of sweetened condensed milk and cubes of frozen fresh watermelon. Blend the watermelon cubes and sweetened condensed milk in a blender until smooth. Pour the fruity mixture into a loaf pan or other container and freeze for at least two hours.
