4-Ingredient Whipped Peanut Butter Recipe: Fluffy Peanut Butter in 5 Minutes

First whipped chocolate cottage cheese and now whipped peanut butter? Yes, please! This whipped peanut butter recipe is fluffy, sweet and super simple to make.

Start by beating the heavy whipping cream and peanut butter together with an electric mixer. Next the powdered sugar, vanilla extract and ground cinnamon are added in. The sweet peanut butter mixture is whipped until stiff peaks form.

Did you know that the first peanut butter was made by John Harvey Kellogg in 1895? A long time ago! He created it for older people who needed nutrition from protein but had a hard time chewing meat. Peanut butter made its public debut in 1904 at the St. Louis World Fair.

This easy whipped peanut butter recipe can be used on so many things. Put a dollop on your peanut butter pancakes or waffles, dip vanilla or chocolate cookies in it, serve with fresh fruit, spread it on toast, biscuits or rice cakes, or use as a frosting for cakes or cupcakes. How will you use it?

Rosseyes , I'm pretty sure you could use any kind of peanut or nut butter in this easy recipe. You're basically just adding it to the whipping cream to get that nut flavor into the cream. YUM!
