My wife has been making similar for hit at every pot luck or cookout. Her mom made it with chopped onion added. Just Mayo, no vinegar. Also no corn but I like that idea. My wife uses half Mayo and half miracle whip for that vinegar tang. Should be served cold and best if it sits overnight in fridge.
