- sushi-grade tuna, skin removed and cut into small pieces (12 to 16 ounces)
Sauce
- 1/2 cup minced green onions
- 1/4 cup tamari (you can substitute soy sauce)
- 2 tablespoons mirin
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 2 teaspoons fresh minced ginger

- sliced avocado
- edamame
- cherry or grape tomatoes, cut in half
- seaweed salad

Here's how to make it:
- Combine all the sauce ingredients. Reserve about 2 tablespoons and set aside.
