Easy Chicken Appetizer Recipe: This Bacon-Wrapped Chicken Nuggets Recipe Was Made for Memorial Day

Chicken nuggets wrapped in bacon were made for Memorial Day snacking. This easy chicken appetizer recipe cooks in the oven, freeing up space on your grill for burgerssteaks or that smoked pork butt

Cuisine: American
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 20 minutes
Total Time: 25 minutes

Here's how to make them:

  1. Lay the bacon onto a grill pan or baking sheet. Bake in a preheated 400-degree F oven for about 5 minutes or until it is halfway done (not crisp). Remove from the oven and set aside.
  2. Season the chicken pieces with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder and smoked paprika. Wrap a piece of bacon around each and secure with a toothpick, if needed.
  3. Bake for about 15 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and bacon is crisp.
  4. Barbecue sauce options: You can brush the chicken as it cooks with the barbecue sauce or heat it and serve as a dip on the side.

Wow, this is a genius idea. Bacon makes everything better, ha!
What a guilty pleasure!
Can this be prepared the same way can you add a little more things as you may have suggested bacon or sausages or is it just a meat dish or can it be any fishes or any kinds of special beans or something similar that could make it even more interesting it looks awesome
