- 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 4 tilapia fillets
Here's how to make it:
- Combine the panko, soft breadcrumbs, cheese and garlic salt on a plate. Season with salt and pepper.
- Dip the fish into the crumbs, pressing so it adheres. Place on a baking sheet that's been sprayed with cooking spray. Lightly spray the tops of the fish with the cooking spray.
