- 1 bag (10 ounces) frozen peas
- 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 tablespoon butter
Here's how to make it:
- Cook the peas until tender in boiling, salted water, about 4 to 5 minutes. Drain.
- Put the peas into a blender or food processor. Add the cream and butter. Season with salt and pepper. Pulse until almost smooth, leaving some pea pieces.
