My friends father taught me to put 1 teaspoon of peanut butter in the egg roll just before rolling it up.
These turned out to be the best egg rolls I have ever had.
Very delicious

Instead of sausage could you use shredded chicken, if so, would it change the cooking time?
Donna John
Cooked shredded chicken would work. But cook the garlic, ginger and vegetables first, then add the chicken so it doesn't dry out.
