Sweet with a little heat, this spicy maple grilled chicken recipe is what to grill when you don't have much time. Bone-in chicken cold be substituted, but would need longer cook time on the grill.

Ingredients
- 2 pounds boneless chicken thighs
- 1/2 cup pure maple syrup
- 2 teaspoons sambal oelek
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
Here's how to make it:
- Combine the maple syrup, sambal oelek and olive oil in a small bowl. Remove 1/2 cup to a large bowl, reserving the rest.
- Add the chicken to the large bowl and toss with the maple syrup mixture.
- Heat an indoor grill or outdoor grill to medium heat. Cook the chicken, basting with the remaining sauce, until cooked through, about 20 minutes.
