3-Ingredient Spicy Maple Grilled Chicken Thighs Cook in 20 Minutes

Sweet with a little heat, this spicy maple grilled chicken recipe is what to grill when you don't have much time. Bone-in chicken cold be substituted, but would need longer cook time on the grill.

Serve this grilled chicken with your favorite side dishes. Use the leftovers to make chicken salad!

Here's how to make it:

  1. Combine the maple syrup, sambal oelek and olive oil in a small bowl. Remove 1/2 cup to a large bowl, reserving the rest.
  2. Add the chicken to the large bowl and toss with the maple syrup mixture. 
  3. Heat an indoor grill or outdoor grill to medium heat. Cook the chicken, basting with the remaining sauce, until cooked through, about 20 minutes.
