Total Time: 20 minutes
Servings: 4

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 package (8 ounces) sliced mushrooms
  • 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup whipping cream or half and half

I love beef stroganoff. I always make my late mother-in-law's recipe that uses ground beef and sour cream. Love the idea of using cream cheese.
