Ingredients
- 1 package smoked sausage, cut into circles
- 3 - 4 cups chopped vegetables (broccoli, onion, mushroom, carrots, etc.)
- 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- garlic powder (optional)
- hot cooked rice, for serving
Here's how to make it:
Cook the sausage in a Dutch oven, skillet or wok until browned.
Add the vegetables and cook until crisp-tender.
Stir in a 1/2 cup of the grated Parmesan and season with garlic powder, if using, and salt and pepper, to taste. Serve over rice with the remaining grated Parmesan.
