Cayenne Pepper Oil Recipe: How to Make Infused Cayenne Oil & the Health Benefits of Cayenne Peppers

After learning the health benefits of cayenne peppers, I started looking for ways to incorporate more into my diet (and even started growing them). These health benefits included:

Pretty impressive, right? This easy cayenne chili oil recipe can be drizzled on any dish to add a little spice.

You'll need:

  • 1 cup grapeseed oil
  • 3 - 4 fresh cayenne peppers, sliced
  • 1 large clove garlic, sliced

Here's how to make it:

Combine the oil, peppers and garlic in a small saucepot. Cook on low heat for about 3 minutes. Remove from heat and allow it to sit for about an hour.

Pour the oil through a mesh strainer. Store in an airtight container or oil dispenser.
