Crunchy on the outside, soft on the inside and spiked with sweet corn. Who doesn't love a good corn fritter? These crispy corn fritters are a great side dish, or satisfying enough to serve as a light lunch or dinner.

Even kids will gobble these up  and this corn fritter recipe is ready almost as quickly as a bag of microwave popcorn (but so much better).

Cuisine: American
Prep Time: 5 minutes
