Grandma's Meatloaf Recipe: A Moist Ground Beef Meatloaf Recipe From Back in the Day

Sometimes simple is better. Less is best. This easy meatloaf recipe like my grandma used to make is the perfect example.

Cuisine: American
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 45 minutes
Total Time: 55 minutes
Servings: 6

Ingredients

Here's how to make it:

  1. Combine all ingredients. Form into a loaf and place in a baking dish or meatloaf pan
  2. Bake in a preheated 350-degree F oven for about 45 minutes, or until cooked through. Let stand about 5 minutes before serving.

Yep, you're right about that. My grandma made a very simple meatloaf, too. Sometimes she'd get fancy and squirt some ketchup on the top. My mom used to put a can of cream of mushroom soup over the top right before it was done baking. Nothing fancy, but so good. Gwen Johnson
