Grandma's Budget Meatloaf Recipe: A Moist Ground Beef Recipe From Back in the Day

Sometimes simple is better. Less is best. This easy meatloaf recipe like my grandma and mom used to make is the perfect example.

This budget-friendly recipe has just a few simple ingredients. No expensive ingredients here. Serve with your favorite side dishes. Mashed potatoes and a vegetable were my grandma's top choices.

Yep, you're right about that. My grandma made a very simple meatloaf, too. Sometimes she'd get fancy and squirt some ketchup on the top. My mom used to put a can of cream of mushroom soup over the top right before it was done baking. Nothing fancy, but so good. Gwen Johnson
