This Grilled Avocado Recipe Is a Creative Way to Eat an Avocado by 30Seconds Food

Can't wrap your head around grilling an avocado? You need to! Grilled avocados can be used for guacamole, avocado toast, sliced in salads or Buddha bowls or just eaten as a snack.
If you're not a fan of lime juice, omit it and just brush the avocados with olive oil.
Cuisine: Mexican
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 5 minutes
Total Time: 10 minutes
- avocados
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
Here's how to make it:
- Using a knife, carefully cut through the flesh and completely around the avocado (you are cutting the avocado in half). Twist the avocado to open it. Remove the pit.
- Brush with the olive oil and lime mixture. Season with salt and pepper.
- Put the avocados, flesh side down, on a grill that’s been preheated to medium-high heat. Cook for about 5 to 6 minutes, or until you get grill marks and the avocado is warm.
