Recipe Notes

  • You could use bottled lemon juice, but fresh is always best, so squeeze your own if you can.
  • Grate fresh Parmesan for better melting.
  • Store the dip in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days.

Here’s how to make it:

  1. Beat together the cream cheese, mayo, sour cream, lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce until fluffy.
  2. Add the Parmesan, crabmeat, 1 chopped green onion, garlic and all but 1/3 cup of the mozzarella. Season with salt and pepper, to taste. Pour into a shallow baking dish.
  3. Sprinkle with the remaining mozzarella. Bake in a preheated 350-degree F oven for about 20 minutes. Garnish with the remaining chopped green onion and grilled shrimp, if desired. Serve with wonton chips, toasted baguette or tortilla chips.

I'm lactose intolerant.
I would really like to try this.

I don't see why you couldn't use vegan cream cheese, vegan sour cream and vegan cheese. I have two vegan kids and use these products for substitutes when I'm cooking for them. Faye Green
