One-Pan Tuscan Chicken Recipe Is an Amazing 30-Minute Dinner

The creamy, rich sauce in this chicken recipe begs to be sopped up with bread or drizzled over pasta or rice. One taste is all you'll need to know this easy Tuscan chicken recipe will be a family favorite.

Because this recipe uses boneless chicken breasts, it's on the table in less than 30 minutes. You could substitute kale or your favorite greens for the spinach.

Cuisine: American
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 20 minutes
Total Time: 25 minutes
Servings: 4

Here's how to make it:

  1. Season the chicken with salt and pepper. Heat a little olive oil in a large skillet. Add the chicken and cook over medium-high heat for about 4 to 6 minutes on each side, or until browned and cooked through. Remove from pan and set aside.
  2. Reduce heat to medium and add the cream, broth, garlic powder, Italian seasoning and Parmesan cheese. Cook for a few minutes, stirring, until mixture thickens.
  3. Add the sun-dried tomatoes and spinach. Cook until spinach wilts, about 2 minutes. Put the chicken back and cover with the sauce. Serve.

This looks absolutely amazing. I'm going to add some shrimp to it. Why not???
Made it almost exactly to recipe and it got rave reviews. I did use 1/2tsp "Better than Bullion" dissolved in 4oz hot water rather than opening a qt of chicken broth just for 1/2 cup, but the recipe, including amounts of spinach was perfect, both for taste and presentation. Thanks.
