Homemade Cream of Chicken Soup Will Change the Way You Cook

It seems like so many recipes call for a can of cream of chicken soupNot being a fan of processed foods, I started making my own homemade version. And it is so much better! Use it just as you would the canned variety. 

You'll need:

Here's how to make it: 

  1. In a pot, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the flour and whisk to combine.
  2. Pour in the milk and broth. Season with salt and pepper. Cook, stirring constantly, until thick, about 9-10 minutes.
