20-Minute Turmeric Turkey Burger Recipe With Cumin Mint Yogurt Sauce

Skip the drive-through when you're craving a burger. This is what we call fast food done right! Turmeric has been the talk of the town lately because of its anti-inflammatory and antioxidant benefits (read more about the health benefits of turmeric). Instead of just popping a turmeric supplement, add turmeric to your cooking for a tasty boost of nutrition.

This delicious turmeric-curry turkey burger recipe is loaded with healthy vegetables and spices, then drizzled with a simple cumin-mint yogurt sauce. The healthy spices are garlic, ginger, cumin, curry, turmeric, ground cayenne and garam masala. Onions and fresh garlic are also in the mix.

Serve this healthy turmeric turkey burger with a cucumber salad or baked sweet potato fries and you've got a quick, healthy lunch or dinner. This is also a great meal-prep recipe!
