This grilled brussels sprouts recipe is pretty simple, yet pretty amazing at the same time. We make these when we go camping, but they can easily be made on the backyard grill for a midweek dinner or for a get-together on the weekends.

Ingredients
- 1 bag brussels sprouts, rinsed and dried
- 2 - 4 tablespoons butter, at room temperature (I like Kerrygold Irish Butter)
- garlic salt, to taste
Here's how to make it:
- Generously coat the brussels sprouts with the butter and sprinkle with garlic salt, to taste.
- Grill over coals and small slabs of oak wood, if you have it, until tender.
