- 3 cups cooked white rice
- 2 cups whole milk
- 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
Here's how to make it:
- Put the rice, milk, sweetened condensed milk and cinnamon into a pot. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and cook, stirring often, until thick, about 15 minutes.
- Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla. Serve warm with a sprinkling of cinnamon.
