- 1/2 head cauliflower
- 3 teaspoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/4 - 1/3 cup buffalo sauce (depending on how saucy and spicy you want it)
Here's how to make it:
Cut the cauliflower into small florets and put into a bowl.
Add the garlic powder, chili powder, olive oil and buffalo sauce. Mix well. Season with black pepper.
Pour onto a baking sheet and spread so it's in one layer. Bake in a preheated 425-degree F oven for about 30 minutes, stirring halfway through.
