- 6 ounces grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 3/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup milk
- 1 1/2 cups tapioca flour

- Spray mini muffin tins with oil spray. Fill muffin tins 3/4 full with the batter.
