3-Ingredient Chicken Ranch Tacos Recipe: Taco Night in Less Than 20 Minutes

Have leftover chicken? With this easy chicken tacos recipe, you can have a kid- and adult-friendly dinner on the table in minutes. This chicken taco recipe is so easy, it just may change your life (or at least how you think about dinner).

To make these three-ingredient chicken ranch tacos you will need cooked, shredded chicken, a packet of dry taco seasoning and ranch salad dressing. The chicken, taco seasoning and ranch are simply warmed together in a skillet. The taco seasoning and ranch dressing combine to make a flavorful coating on the chicken.

Serve this easy chicken recipe with your favorite taco toppings. We like shredded lettuce, shredded cheese, chopped tomatoes, pico de gallo, avocado, guacamole, sour cream, salsa, ranch dressing and serrano and avocado sauce. These tacos are also delicious with no toppings at all!

I have leftover chicken! Making these tonight! But even if you don't have leftover chicken, this recipe is still fast. Just pan-sear a couple boneless chicken breasts or thighs, which takes no time, cool a minute and shred. Done!
