Yes I wonder are all the ingredients chosen for taste texture similarities I'm wondering if you can add something or substitute something or do you need a salad dressing I didn't read all of it but I'm interested because that looks really delicious thanks

There's no dressing. Just beans, fresh veggies, spices and lime juice. You can omit what ones you don't want, and add ones you like better, but the lime juice and spices I would leave alone. It's what makes it a Mexican dish.
