Baked Wonton Chips Recipe: This Easy, Crispy Wonton Chips Recipe Is a Keeper by Donna John

The crisp factor of these homemade wonton chips is off the charts. Make a batch and serve with your favorite dip (crab rangoon dip would be amazing) or hummus, on top of an Asian salad or eggroll casserole, or just as a snack. Get crazy and add a seasoning along with the salt at the end. Asian five spice powder or smoked paprika, maybe?
Cuisine: Asian
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 5 minutes
Total Time: 10 minutes
Ingredients
- wonton wrappers
- cooking spray (I used coconut oil cooking spray)
- salt
Here's how to make them:
Cut each wonton wrapper into thirds (or in half if you want larger chips) and lay them on a baking sheet. Spray with a light coating of cooking spray.
Bake in a preheated 400-degree F oven for about 4 to 5 minutes. Watch them closely because they burn very quickly.
Remove from the oven and immediately sprinkle with salt. Store in a plastic zipper bag.
