  • 2 apples, peeled, cored and chopped
  • 4 - 5 tablespoons water

Here’s how to make it:

  • Put the apples and water in a small pot. Bring to a simmer, cover and cook until tender, about 6-7 minutes.
  • Pour the apples into a blender or food processor. Pulse until smooth.
