Quick Pizza Recipes: How to Make Easy & Delicious Pesto Artichoke Pizza With Only 3 Ingredients

Don't wait until pizza night to try this tasty twist on pizza. You can make quick and delicious pesto artichoke pizza any night – and with only three ingredients. So easy and so good!

Cuisine: Italian
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 15 minutes

Total Time: 20 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 ready-made pizza crust
  • 1 small container pesto
  • 1 can quartered artichoke hearts

Here’s how you make it:

  1. In a microwave-safe dish, heat the pesto for about a minute in the microwave. Cover the top of the pesto with a paper towel to absorb the oil.
  2. Carefully remove the pesto and pour off the oil that has risen to the top. This ensures that your pizza “sauce” is mostly pesto and not as oily. Spread the pesto evenly over the ready-made crust.
  3. Top with the drained, quartered artichoke hearts and additional toppings, if using.
  4. Bake per pizza crust package directions, or until crispy.

Variations: Add fresh mozzarella or ricotta cheese and fresh spinach. Sprinkle with red pepper flakes and grated Parmesan cheese. Need some meat? Try Canadian bacon or shredded, cooked chicken breast.
