Keto Hamburger Steaks With Creamy Tomato Sauce Are Low-Carb Heaven

Whether you're following the Keto diet plan or not, your family will love these saucy hamburger steaks. Make the sauce even heartier by adding mushrooms and/or onions.

You'll need:

  • 1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef
  • 1 egg
  • 3 ounces feta cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 small bunch parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 tablespoon butter

  • 1 1/4 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1 small bunch parsley, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste

Here's how to make it:

  1. Combine the ground beef, egg, cheese, salt, pepper and chopped parsley. Form into eight patties.
  2. Cook the patties over medium-high heat in the olive oil and butter for about 10 minutes, or until browned.
  3. Add the whipping cream and tomato paste to the pan when the patties are almost cooked through. Bring to a simmer.
  4. Season with salt and pepper, to taste. Sprinkle with the chopped parsley. Serve.

Mmm, Cuz! This sounds good. Martin loves hamburger steaks, and these one is a lot healthier than the ones I make. Going to try them later this week! And need to do some research on the Keto diet. Are you liking it? Jackie Holloway
