Total Time: 15 minutes

Servings: Makes 6 to 8 pancakes

  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 1/4 cups buttermilk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 4 tablespoons butter, melted

  • 2 cups blueberries

Here's how to make them:

  3. Combine the wet ingredients with the dry until just combined. Fold in the blueberries.
