Here’s how to make it:

  1. Combine the pancake mix, milk, eggs and maple syrup.
  2. Fill muffin tins about 2/3 full with batter. (For grab-and-go muffins, line muffin tins with baking liners.)
  3. Bake in a preheated 350-degree F oven for about 15 minutes. Serve with additional maple syrup.
