- 3/4 cup orange or pineapple juice
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 – 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 2 tablespoons nut butter
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- honey or maple syrup (optional)
