Grandma's M&M Cookie Recipe Melts In Your Mouth, Not In Your Hand

My grandma baked for weeks to get ready for the holidays. She made this M&M cookies recipe, and the tradition is alive and well to this day. While they are included on the holiday cookie tray, this easy cookie recipe is a sweet treat any time of the year.

To make these tender M&M cookies you will need just a few simple ingredients. Here is your shopping list so you can get baking: butter-flavor shortening, light brown sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, flour, baking soda, salt, M&M candies and optional chopped nuts.

Make a batch of these sweet cookies for a fun after-school snack or to add to that holiday cookie tray for dessert
