Quick & Easy Creamy Goat Cheese Spread Recipe Is Fancy Fast

If you're a goat cheese lover, you'll love the sharpness of the goat cheese tamed by the sweetness of apricots in this easy appetizer recipe. This easy goat cheese spread whips up in no time and is a fun snack or appetizer when you have friends and family over for a holiday or gameday.

All you need to make this creamy goat cheese spread is a roll of goat cheese, almonds, dried apricots, fresh parsley, apricot preserves and honey. The room temperature goat cheese is rolled in the chopped ingredients and served with crackers. So simple and easy, and it's also vegetarian and gluten-free!

  • Don't like goat cheese? Substitute cream cheese.

Here's how to make it:

  1. Spread the apricot preserves on the bottom of a serving dish. Combine the almonds, apricots and parsley. Toss to combine. Roll the goat cheese in the mixture until completely covered.
  2. Set the goat cheese on top of the apricot preserves. Drizzle with honey. Serve with crackers.
